Closing argument
Now that you have done the research, it is time to record your closing argument for the courts. Make arrangements with the Court Reporter to give your statement. To prepare your closing argument, use these steps. Provide the Court Reporter with any evidence or images that are relevant and could be used while showing your final argument.

- One argument that the plaintiff may use in their closing statement and a reason why that statement does not apply to the defendant
- Begin and end with a clear statement of the complaint being made against the defendant and why it does not apply to the defendant
