The final ruling
After each person has completed their jobs, you should have a video record of the facts of the case, the closing arguments and the final ruling by the judge. The Court Reporter should have all of these videos recorded and combined together in an iMovie. As a group, watch the video and make sure that you have all of the following components in this order:
- A brief overview of the history of copyright law (Court Reporter)
- A brief overview of the case (Court Reporter)
- An overview of the past cases that relate to the ruling (Information gathered by the Judge and reported by the Court Reporter)
- A closing statement by the Plaintiff (Plaintiff)
- A closing statement by the Defense (Defense)
- A final ruling (Judge)
- A wrap up statement (Court Reporter)
