Making the ruling
As judge, you must pour over the notes of the case, view the information from both sides, listen to the closing statements and then issue a ruling based on the facts of the case. Both the Defendant and the Plaintiff will be giving you information to support their side of the case. You need to read through the documents that they give you and take notes about each argument that they make. Create a list of the facts supporting each side of the case to help you organize your final ruling. Then, move on to the final step.
